Returning your order

If the products you ordered are not to your liking you can return those (unused and in mint condition). Please advise us per e-mail that you are willing to sent back several articles. Please also mention your name and the number of your order. You will receive a returnnumber and instructions how to send it back. The shippingcost are on the account of the customer.

Returning earstuds and creools. Earstuds will be send sealed. If the seal is broken we those can not be returned.

Products purchased which are personally made for you (e.g. engravings with personal messages or photos) cannot be returned or changed.

"Cooldown" period

The law "buying on distance" gives you lawfully the right to send back your order within 7 workingdays. At DuoPenrose this is even 10 working days. The right on return has also some exceptions: when the article is specially made for you or ordered for you this right does not apply.

First contact us to let us know that you want to sent back (part of) the order. The articles should be unused, undamaged and sent back. The cost of shipping and the risk of return are for the customer. Your money -less the shippingcost- will be transferred to you within 30 days after receiving back the articles in good order.
